Maria de Herédia
​
Born in Lisbon, December 1965, Maria has been involved throughout her career, in an impressive number of exclusive events in Portugal, for private and corporate Clients.
Maria started her career as public relations for a renowned Portuguese event’s company, being responsible for planning and executing exquisite and high-end events in Portugal.
She also worked during 23 years at the Portuguese auction house Palácio do Correio Velho (at that time associated to Sotheby’s International) as the Director of the Porcelain and Ceramics Department. Due to her vast experience in the art world, she was also responsible in assisting clients with appraisals and contributed to numerous sales, both at auctions and private sales.
Most recently and for the past 5 years, she played a significant role directly assisting a Portuguese member of the International Advisory Board of a major multinational investment bank, as an event planner.
